wine trails and tours

In August 2018 USA Today’s 10 Best poll chose the Finger Lakes Wine region as the best in the country. We boast over 130 wineries as well as many breweries and cideries. Visitors from all over the world flock to the Finger Lakes year round to try the wines from our region, which is best know for its Rieslings. We have trail maps in our lobby or you can click on the links below.

Cayuga Lake Wine Trail

The Cayuga Lake Wine Trail is the oldest wine trail in the country. It includes 15 wineries, a cidery, a meadery, and 4 distilleries which have won over 5000 national and international awards.

The Boathouse Beer Garden & Brewing Co.

The Boathouse Beer Garden and Brewing Co is a great place to stop when you’re out on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. Peter and his crew have a huge variety of regional craft beers and local wines available. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating with lawn games and sometimes live music or craft shows.

The Finger Lakes Cider House

The Finger Lakes Cider house is also on Cayuga Lake, down the road from the Beer Garden. In their tasting room you can try not only their cider, Kite& String, but many other artisan ciders from the region.

The Seneca Wine Trail

The Seneca Lake Wine Trail was formed in 1986 and has over 30 members who are dedicated to using grapes grown in the unique terrain surrounding the lake.
