A “problem” that many guests have when visiting Ithaca is trying to decide where to eat since there are so many restaurants to choose from. Ithaca and the Finger Lakes Region are definitely a food lover’s paradise. Just within walking distance from the Inn you have culinary options from around the world: Korean, French, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Thai, Ethiopian, in addition to burgers, wings and steaks and of course the Moosewood Restaurant, a famous haven for vegetarians. Maxie’s Supper Club and Oyster Bar

Maxie’s serves New Orleans style food in a fun and lively atmosphere. They have a raw bar, indoor and outdoor seating and live music a couple nights a week. In addition to their amazing food they have a great selection of cocktails.

Ithaca Beer Company

At the Ithaca Beer Company 60% of their ingredients come from their on-site farm. In addition to their fabulous food which is served in their taproom and outside in their beer garden, they have been brewing award winning craft beers since 1998.

Gola Osteria

Gola Osteria is located just minutes away in the historic Quarry Arms building. Chef Sam Epps trained in France and Italy and worked in renowned restaurants in NY. He has an expansive menu of Italian dishes including homemade pastas and sauces using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
